Spectators at Saturday's non-league battle between the Northampton Konkrete Kids (Northampton, PA) and the visiting Freedom Patriots (Bethlehem, PA), saw Northampton's baseball squad edge Freedom by a count of 5-4.

Coming up next, the Konkrete Kids play the Pocono Mountain East Cardinals (Swiftwater, PA) in a Eastern Penn - Mountain battle, on Monday, April 17. Northampton will attempt to move on its 9-3 season record. The Cardinals enter the battle with a 6-4 record after their 3-2 league win over Stroudsburg (Stroudsburg, PA).
