Kentucky High School Lacrosse - Villa Madonna drops to Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks]

In Saturday's non-league test, the host Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks] Mavericks lacrosse squad scored a tight 11-5 victory over the Villa Madonna Vikings.

The Mavericks now have a 5-2 record. They take the field next when they host Frederick Douglass for a KLA North - 2 test on Thursday, April 20. Madison Central/Madison Southern [Mavericks] will face a Broncos squad coming off a 11-10 league loss to Henry Clay (Lexington, KY). The Broncos record now stands at 4-6.

In their next game, the Vikings face the Dixie Heights Colonels (Edgewood, KY) in a non-league test, on Wednesday, April 19. Villa Madonna will attempt to move on its 1-8 season record.
