Illinois High School Softball - Bartlett bounces Jacobs
April 15, 2023: Bartlett, IL 60103 Bartlett Hawks (Bartlett, IL) backers exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they saw their softball squad nip the visiting Jacobs Golden Eagles (Algonquin, IL), 13-6 in a non-league challenge.
The Hawks now own a 6-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Larkin for a non-league match on Saturday, April 15. Bartlett will face a Royals squad coming off a 11-0 league loss to Bartlett (Bartlett, IL). The Royals record now stands at 4-4.
With the loss, Jacobs moves to 6-10 on the season. The Golden eagles travel to St. Edward (Elgin, IL) to face the Green Wave in a non-league match on Saturday, April 15. The Green Wave go into the match with a record of 0-4. St. Edward lost 19-0 in their recent non-league match against Geneva (Geneva, IL)
