April 15, 2024: Bloomington, IL 61704 The Tolono Unity Rockets baseball team scored 13 runs and limited the host Bloomington Central Catholic Saints to 3 in the Rockets league victory on Monday.
The Rockets (13-4) will now prepare for their match against Prairie Central (Fairbury, IL). The Hawks go into the Illini Prairie match with a 4-10 record. In their last match, Prairie Central was overwhelmed by St. Joseph-Ogden (St. Joseph, IL), 3-1, in a league match.
The Saints (8-5) will now prepare for their match against Cornerstone Christian (Bloomington, IL). The Cyclones go into the non-league match with a 1-6 record. In their last match, Cornerstone Christian was overwhelmed by Peoria Christian (Peoria, IL), 18-0, in a non-league match.
