West Virginia High School Baseball - St. Marys wallops Magnolia
April 15, 2024: St. Marys, WV 26170 St. Marys Blue Devils (St. Marys, WV) fans exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting Magnolia Blue Eagles (New Martinsville, WV), 10-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, St. Marys upgrades its record to 4-5 on the season. The Blue Devils host Williamstown (Williamstown, WV) to battle the Yellowjackets in a Little Kanawha test on Tuesday, April 16. The Yellowjackets come into the test with a record of 8-0. Williamstown won 12-2 in their recent non-league battle against Lincoln (Shinnston, WV)
The Blue Eagles now possess a 3-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ritchie County for a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 17. Magnolia will play a Rebels squad coming off a 7-6 league win over Ravenswood (Ravenswood, WV). The Rebels record now stands at 3-4.
