April 15, 2024: Great Mills, MD 20634 The crowd at Monday's league challenge between the Calvert Cavaliers (Prince Frederick, MD) and the host Great Mills Hornets (Great Mills, MD), saw Calvert's lacrosse team top Great Mills by a margin of 18-2.
The Cavaliers (4-1) will now prepare for their challenge against Huntingtown (Huntingtown, MD). The Hurricanes enter the SMAC challenge with a 3-1 record. In their last challenge, Huntingtown beat Patuxent (Lusby, MD), 19-3, in a league challenge.
The Hornets (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against North Point (Waldorf, MD). The Eagles enter the SMAC challenge with a 1-4 record.
