April 15, 2024: Hillsboro, MO 63050 Hillsboro Hawks (Hillsboro, MO) fans were thrilled Monday as they observed their soccer team knock off the visiting Winfield Warriors (Winfield, MO), 2-0 in a non-league challenge.
Next, the Hawks confront the St. Clair Bulldogs (St. Clair, MO) in a non-league challenge, on Tuesday, April 16. Hillsboro will attempt to better on its 6-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the challenge with a 6-6 record after their 2-1 non-league loss to Lutheran South (St. Louis, MO).
The Warriors now have a 7-7 record. They take the field next when they travel to St. Charles for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 16. Winfield will confront a Pirates team coming off a 6-0 non-league loss to Liberty (Lake St. Louis, MO). The Pirates record now stands at 3-5.
