The crowd at Monday's non-league match between the Covington Trojans (Covington, IN) and the host North Montgomery Chargin' Chargers (Crawfordsville, IN), saw Covington's softball squad achieve victory over North Montgomery by a count of 19-10.

The Trojans now sport a 3-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Oakwood for a non-league match on Tuesday, April 16. Covington will face a Comets squad coming off a 7-5 league loss to Hoopeston (Hoopeston, IL). The Comets record now stands at 3-12.
