New Jersey High School Softball - Ewing bounces Hillsborough
April 15, 2024: Hillsborough, NJ 08844 Spectators at Monday's non-league match between the Ewing Blue Devils (Trenton, NJ) and the host Hillsborough Raiders (Hillsborough, NJ), witnessed Ewing's softball squad prevail over Hillsborough by a count of 16-1.
The Blue Devils now sport a 5-1 record. They play next when they travel to Spotswood for a non-league match on Wednesday, April 17. Ewing will face a Chargers squad coming off a 14-3 league win over Kennedy Memorial (Iselin, NJ). The Chargers record now stands at 8-1.
With the loss, Hillsborough moves to 1-5 on the season. The Raiders travel to Watchung Hills Regional (Warren, NJ) to face the Warriors in a Skyland - Delaware match on Tuesday, April 16. The Warriors go into the match with a record of 5-1. Watchung Hills Regional won 11-0 in their recent non-league match against Dayton (Springfield, NJ)
