Washington High School Softball - Toledo bounces Wahkiakum
April 15, 2024: Cathlamet, WA 98612 Toledo Indians (Toledo, WA) backers exited the stadium thrilled Monday as they saw their softball squad run past the host Wahkiakum Mules (Cathlamet, WA), 27-2 in a league challenge.
The Indians now own a 6-0 record. They take the field next when they host Adna for a 2B Central challenge on Thursday, April 18. Toledo will battle a Pirates squad coming off a 15-0 league win over Toutle Lake (Toutle, WA). The Pirates record now stands at 5-2.
With the loss, Wahkiakum falls to 0-3 on the campaign. The Mules host Rainier (Rainier, WA) to battle the Mountaineers in a 2B Central challenge on Thursday, April 18. The Mountaineers enter the challenge with a record of 3-5. Rainier lost 18-6 in their recent non-league challenge against Eatonville (Eatonville, WA)
