April 15, 2025: DeWitt, NY 13214 The Canandaigua Academy Braves lacrosse squad scored 18 points and limited the host Jamesville-DeWitt Red Rams to 15 in the Braves non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Braves now own a 1-0 record. They take the field next when they host Fairport for a non-league challenge on Friday, April 18. Canandaigua Academy will clash with a Red Raiders squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over McQuaid Jesuit (Rochester, NY). The Red Raiders record now stands at 2-1.
With the loss, Jamesville-DeWitt falls to 2-1 on the year. The Red rams host Garden City (Garden City, NY) to clash with the Trojans in a non-league challenge on Saturday, April 19. The Trojans go into the challenge with a record of 3-0.
