April 15, 2025: Hinsdale, IL 60521 The Maine South Hawks lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Hinsdale Central Red Devils to 7 in the Hawks non-league triumph on Tuesday.
The Hawks now hold a 5-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to Glenbrook South for a Central Suburban challenge on Thursday, April 17. Maine South will clash with a Titans squad coming off a 7-6 non-league win over Grayslake (Grayslake, IL). The Titans record now stands at 2-3.
With the loss, Hinsdale Central falls to 5-3 on the year. The Red devils travel to Downers Grove South (Downers Grove, IL) to clash with the Mustangs in a West Suburban challenge on Thursday, April 17. The Mustangs go into the challenge with a record of 4-2. Downers Grove South lost 7-6 in their recent league challenge against York (Elmhurst, IL)
