April 15, 2025: Waukee, IA 50263 Fans at Tuesday's league battle between the Northwest Wolves (Waukee, IA) and the visiting Urbandale J-Hawks (Urbandale, IA), saw Northwest's soccer squad hold off Urbandale by a count of 1-0.
With the triumph, Northwest moves its record to 2-0 on the campaign. The Wolves travel to Woodward-Granger (Woodward, IA) to meet the Hawks in a non-league match on Thursday, April 17. The Hawks come into the match with a record of 2-1. Woodward-Granger won 9-1 in their recent non-league match against Waukee (Waukee, IA)
The J-Hawks now sport a 3-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Ankeny Centennial for a CIML match on Friday, April 18. Urbandale will meet a Jaguars team coming off a 2-1 league win over Ankeny (Ankeny, IA). The Jaguars record now stands at 5-0.
