April 15, 2025: Wilmington, DE 19808 The Concord Raiders (Wilmington, DE) softball routed the host McKean Highlanders (Wilmington, DE), 17-0 in Tuesday's league outing.
The Raiders now sport a 7-2 record. They put it on the line next when they host William Penn for a non-league outing on Wednesday, April 16. Concord will meet a Colonials squad coming off a 19-0 non-league loss to Archmere Academy (Claymont, DE). The Colonials record now stands at 1-6.
The Highlanders (0-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Brandywine (Wilmington, DE). The Bulldogs enter the Blue Hen - Flight B challenge with a 5-3 record. In their last challenge, Brandywine overcame Mount Pleasant (Wilmington, DE), 13-10, in a non-league challenge.
