In Tuesday's league match, the host Lavaca Golden Arrows softball team scored a tight 8-5 victory over the Mansfield Tigers.

The Golden Arrows (10-3) will now prepare for their match against County Line (Branch, AR). The Indians go into the non-league match with a 7-7 record. In their last match, County Line was routed by Greenland (Greenland, AR), 9-6, in a non-league match.
