The crowd at Tuesday's non-league bout between the Parke Heritage Wolves (Rockville, IN) and the visiting North Central Thunderbirds (Farmersburg, IN), observed Parke Heritage's softball team prevail over North Central by a tally of 20-12.

The Wolves (2-5) will now prepare for their bout against North Putnam (Roachdale, IN). The Cougars go into the non-league bout with a 4-0 record. In their last bout, North Putnam knocked off Brown County (Nashville, IN), 3-1, in a league bout.

In their next game, the Thunderbirds battle the Clay City Eels (Clay City, IN) in a Southwestern Indiana bout, on Thursday, April 17. North Central will attempt to advance on its 0-6 season record. The Eels go into the bout with a 4-1 record after their 15-4 league win over Shakamak (Jasonville, IN).
