The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Goshen RedHawks (Goshen, IN) and the visiting Jimtown Jimmies (Elkhart, IN), saw Goshen's baseball team gain a win over Jimtown by a tally of 11-3.

The RedHawks (3-1) will now prepare for their battle against La Porte (La Porte, IN). The Slicers enter the non-league battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, La Porte was overwhelmed by Lake Central (St. John, IN), 7-6, in a league battle.

Next, the Jimmies face the Tippecanoe Valley Vikings (Akron, IN) in a Indiana Northern State battle, on Friday, April 17. Jimtown will attempt to upgrade on its 2-2 season record.
