Loyola Cubs (Los Angeles, CA) backers exited the stadium satisfied Wednesday as they saw their lacrosse team top the visiting Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA), 17-5 in a non-league game.

With the victory, Loyola improves its record to 12-3 on the season.

The Knights now have a 10-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to El Modena for a Crestview game on Thursday, April 16. Foothill will play a Vanguards team coming off a 10-8 league loss to Mission Viejo (Mission Viejo, CA). The Vanguards record now stands at 3-10.
