Riverside Prep Silver Knights (Oro Grande, CA) supporters left the game pleased Wednesday as they saw their softball squad nudge the host Downey Vikings (Downey, CA), 6-4 in a non-league game.

With the triumph, Riverside Prep improves its record to 19-1 on the year. The Silver Knights travel to Grand Terrace (Grand Terrace, CA) to play the Titans in a non-league game on Saturday, April 18. The Titans enter the game with a record of 10-4. Grand Terrace won 9-2 in their recent league game against Carter (Rialto, CA)

The Vikings now hold a 16-6 record. They play next when they host Warren for a Gateway game on Thursday, April 16. Downey will play a Bears squad coming off a 5-1 league win over La Mirada (La Mirada, CA). The Bears record now stands at 14-9.
