Louisiana High School Baseball - Belle Chasse holds off Salmen
April 16, 2022: Slidell, LA 70451 Belle Chasse Cardinals (Belle Chasse, LA) fans exited the stadium thrilled Saturday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the host Salmen Spartans (Slidell, LA), 7-3 in a non-league test.
With the win, Belle Chasse upgrades its record to 15-6 on the season. The Cardinals travel to Plaquemine (Plaquemine, LA) to battle the Green Devils in a non-league test on Wednesday, April 20. The Green Devils come into the test with a record of 13-3. Plaquemine lost 14-0 in their recent league test against St. Michael (Baton Rouge, LA)
With the defeat, Salmen falls to 5-7 on the season. The Spartans host Franklinton (Franklinton, LA) to battle the Demons in a 4A District 9 test on Tuesday, April 19. The Demons come into the test with a record of 12-7.
