California High School Volleyball - Oxford Academy over Esperanza
April 16, 2022: Anaheim, CA 92807 The crowd at Saturday's non-league bout between the Oxford Academy Patriots (Cypress, CA) and the host Esperanza Aztecs (Anaheim, CA), saw Oxford Academy's volleyball squad beat Esperanza by a tally of 2-0.
With the win, Oxford Academy upgrades its record to 16-6 on the year. The Patriots travel to Fairmont Prep (Anaheim, CA) to play the Huskies in a non-league bout on Saturday, April 16. The Huskies go into the bout with a record of 17-3. Fairmont Prep won 3-0 in their recent league bout against Liberty Christian (Huntington Beach, CA)
The Aztecs now own a 6-16 record. They play next when they travel to Yorba Linda for a Crestview bout on Tuesday, April 19. Esperanza will play a Mustangs squad coming off a 3-0 non-league win over Brea Olinda (Brea, CA). The Mustangs record now stands at 11-6.
