Colorado High School Lacrosse - Horizon drops to Golden

April 16, 2022: Thornton, CO 80602

Golden Demons (Golden, CO) followers exited the stadium in high spirits Saturday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad top the host Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO), 17-4 in a non-league battle.

The Demons now have a 8-1 record. They take the field next when they travel to Evergreen for a 4A West battle on Tuesday, April 19. Golden will clash with a Cougars squad coming off a 12-11 non-league loss to ThunderRidge (Highlands Ranch, CO). The Cougars record now stands at 4-4.

In their next game, the Hawks clash with the Northfield Nighthawks (Denver, CO) in a 4A North battle, on Tuesday, April 19. Horizon will attempt to move on its 2-5 season record. The Nighthawks come into the battle with a 5-4 record after their 19-13 league win over Holy Family (Broomfield, CO).
