The Glastonbury Tomahawks softball team scored 15 runs and limited the visiting Stamford Black Knights to 1 in the Tomahawks non-league triumph on Saturday.

With the triumph, Glastonbury moves its record to 4-1 on the year. The Tomahawks host Bristol Eastern (Bristol, CT) to meet the Lancers in a non-league battle on Monday, April 18. The Lancers go into the battle with a record of 2-2.

The Black Knights now sport a 2-4 record. They play next when they travel to McMahon for a Fairfield County battle on Monday, April 18. Stamford will meet a Senators squad coming off a 6-5 non-league win over Bethel (Bethel, CT). The Senators record now stands at 4-1.
