New York High School Lacrosse - Canisius tipped by Aquinas Institute
April 16, 2023: Rochester, NY 14613 In Sunday's non-league test, the host Aquinas Institute Little Irish lacrosse squad scored a tight 10-8 victory over the Canisius Crusaders.
The Little Irish now have a 1-1 record. They take the field next when they host Bishop Kearney for a Section 5 Greater Rochester test on Tuesday, April 18.
In their next game, the Crusaders face the Bishop Timon-St. Jude Tigers (Buffalo, NY) in a Monsignor Martin test, on Tuesday, April 18. Canisius will attempt to move on its 2-1 season record. The Tigers come into the test with a 1-4 record after their 12-1 league loss to St. Mary's (Lancaster, NY).
