Delaware High School Baseball - Hodgson Vo-Tech loses to Middletown
April 16, 2024: Newark, DE 19702 In Tuesday's non-league game, the visiting Middletown Cavaliers baseball team scored a nice 14-3 victory over the Hodgson Vo-Tech Eagles.
The Cavaliers (2-3) will now prepare for their battle against Delaware Military Academy (Wilmington, DE). The Seahawks enter the non-league battle with a 5-1 record. In their last battle, Delaware Military Academy topped Wilmington Charter (Wilmington, DE), 4-0, in a league battle.
The Eagles now possess a 2-4 record. They take the field next when they travel to DuPont for a Blue Hen - Flight B battle on Thursday, April 18. Hodgson Vo-Tech will play a Tigers squad coming off a 1-0 non-league loss to Odyssey Charter (Wilmington, DE). The Tigers record now stands at 2-4.
