California High School Volleyball - Carpinteria routed by Malibu
April 16, 2024: Malibu, CA 90265 The Carpinteria Warriors volleyball team (Carpinteria, CA), went down 3-0 in Tuesday's league challenge with the host Malibu Sharks (Malibu, CA)
The Sharks (20-12) will now prepare for their challenge against Hueneme (Oxnard, CA). The Vikings enter the Citrus Coast challenge with a 2-14 record. In their last challenge, Hueneme went down by Bishop Diego (Santa Barbara, CA), 3-0, in a non-league challenge.
Coming up next, the Warriors play the Fillmore Flashes (Fillmore, CA) in a Citrus Coast bout, on Wednesday, April 17. Carpinteria will attempt to upgrade on its 7-8 season record. The Flashes go into the bout with a 1-13 record after their 3-0 league loss to Channel Islands (Oxnard, CA).
