Missouri High School Volleyball - Marquette over Northwest

The crowd at Tuesday's league bout between the Marquette Mustangs (Chesterfield, MO) and the visiting Northwest Lions (Cedar Hill, MO), saw Marquette's volleyball squad beat Northwest by a tally of 3-0.

With the win, Marquette upgrades its record to 6-5 on the year. The Mustangs travel to Seckman (Imperial, MO) to play the Jaguars in a Class 1 District 1 bout on Thursday, April 18. The Jaguars go into the bout with a record of 4-13. Seckman lost 3-0 in their recent league bout against Lindbergh (St. Louis, MO)

The Lions now own a 5-10 record. They play next when they travel to Fox for a non-league bout on Wednesday, April 17. Northwest will play a Warriors squad coming off a 3-0 non-league loss to Parkway Central (Chesterfield, MO). The Warriors record now stands at 0-8.
