Michigan High School Lacrosse - Forest Hills Northern drops to East Grand Rapids
April 16, 2024: Grand Rapids, MI 49506 East Grand Rapids Pioneers (Grand Rapids, MI) boosters exited the stadium content Tuesday as they witnessed their lacrosse squad achieve victory over the visiting Forest Hills Northern Huskies (Grand Rapids, MI), 17-12 in a league battle.
The Pioneers now own a 4-3 record. They take the field next when they host Forest Hills Eastern for a Division 2 District 5 battle on Thursday, April 18. East Grand Rapids will clash with a Hawks squad coming off a 16-4 non-league win over Grandville (Grandville, MI). The Hawks record now stands at 4-2.
In their next game, the Huskies clash with the Catholic Central Cougars (Grand Rapids, MI) in a Division 2 District 5 battle, on Thursday, April 18. Forest Hills Northern will attempt to advance on its 4-3 season record. The Cougars go into the match with a 6-1 record after their 11-5 league loss to Rockford (Rockford, MI).
