Virginia High School Baseball - Langley edges Charles J. Colgan
April 16, 2025: Manassas, VA 20112 The crowd at Wednesday's non-league battle between the Langley Saxons (McLean, VA) and the host Charles J. Colgan Sharks (Manassas, VA), saw Langley's baseball team gain a win over Charles J. Colgan by a tally of 7-4.
The Saxons (5-8) will now prepare for their battle against Wakefield (Arlington, VA). The Warriors enter the Liberty battle with a 2-4 record. In their last battle, Wakefield by Yorktown (Arlington, VA), 9-3, in a league battle.
Next, the Sharks face the Hylton Bulldogs (Woodbridge, VA) in a Cardinal battle, on Tuesday, April 22. Charles J. Colgan will attempt to upgrade on its 7-3 season record. The Bulldogs enter the battle with a 4-5 record after their 18-5 non-league loss to Mount Vernon (Alexandria, VA).
