The Skutt Catholic SkyHawks (Omaha, NE) baseball trounced the host Mount Michael Benedictine Knights (Elkhorn, NE), 9-2 in Wednesday's non-league challenge.

The SkyHawks now own a 14-3 record. They take the field next when they host Gretna East for a non-league challenge on Tuesday, April 22.

With the defeat, Mount Michael Benedictine drops to 5-9 on the year. The Knights travel to Waverly (Waverly, NE) to clash with the Vikings in a non-league challenge on Monday, April 21. The Vikings go into the challenge with a record of 13-5. Waverly won 3-1 in their recent non-league bout against Bennington (Bennington, NE)
