April 16, 2025: Chicago, IL 60617 Lane Tech Champions (Chicago, IL) boosters left the game thrilled Wednesday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the host Chicago Washington Patriots (Chicago, IL), 2-0 in a league test.
With the win, Lane Tech improves its record to 12-2 on the season. The Champions travel to St. Charles North (St. Charles, IL) to encounter the North Stars in a non-league test on Thursday, April 17. The North Stars go into the test with a record of 7-6. St. Charles North won 2-0 in their recent non-league test against St. Francis (Wheaton, IL)
The Patriots now own a 3-6 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Kennedy for a non-league test on Friday, April 18. Chicago Washington will encounter a Crusaders squad coming off a 2-0 league win over Curie (Chicago, IL). The Crusaders record now stands at 9-9.
