New York High School Lacrosse - Rush-Henrietta overwhelms Corning-Painted Post
April 16, 2025: Corning, NY 14830 The Rush-Henrietta Royal Comets lacrosse squad scored 15 points and limited the host Corning-Painted Post Hawks to 4 in the Royal Comets non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Royal Comets now hold a 2-0 record. They take the field next when they travel to Webster Schroeder for a Section 5 Monroe County I challenge on Monday, April 21. Rush-Henrietta will clash with a Warriors squad coming off a 4-3 non-league loss to Colonie Central (Albany, NY). The Warriors record now stands at 0-4.
With the loss, Corning-Painted Post falls to 3-2 on the year. The Hawks host Binghamton (Binghamton, NY) to clash with the Patriots in a Section 4 STAC - Metro challenge on Thursday, April 17. The Patriots come into the battle with a record of 0-4.
