Delaware High School Lacrosse - Rising Sun overwhelms Appoquinimink
April 16, 2025: West Middletown, DE 19709 Fans at Wednesday's non-league test between the Rising Sun Tigers (North East, MD) and the host Appoquinimink Jaguars (West Middletown, DE), witnessed Rising Sun's lacrosse squad achieve victory over Appoquinimink by a count of 10-5.
The Tigers (5-2) will now prepare for their test against Aberdeen (Aberdeen, MD). The Eagles enter the Harford County test with a 4-5 record. In their last test, Aberdeen was overwhelmed by North Harford (Pylesville, MD), 16-7, in a non-league test.
Next, the Jaguars battle the Cape Henlopen Vikings (Lewes, DE) in a non-league test, on Thursday, April 17. Appoquinimink will attempt to move on its 6-2 season record. The Vikings enter the test with a 7-1 record after their 15-5 non-league loss to Salesianum (Wilmington, DE).
