In Wednesday's league contest, the host St. Mary's Pirates lacrosse squad scored a tight 1-0 win over the Fountain Valley Danes.

The Pirates (2-7) will now prepare for their contest against Palmer (Colorado Springs, CO). The Terrors enter the 4A Metro contest with a 1-8 record. In their last contest, Palmer was nipped by The Vanguard School (Colorado Springs, CO), 19-4, in a league contest.
