April 16, 2025: Atlanta, GA 30327 The Lakeside Vikings lacrosse squad scored 5 points and limited the host Holy Innocents Episcopal Golden Bears to 4 in the Vikings non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Vikings now hold a 7-3 record. They take the field next when they travel to Riverwood for a 2A Area 2 challenge on Monday, April 21. Lakeside will clash with a Raiders squad coming off a 15-14 non-league win over Richmond Hill (Richmond Hill, GA). The Raiders record now stands at 8-6.
With the loss, Holy Innocents Episcopal falls to 5-6 on the year. The Golden bears travel to Westminster (Atlanta, GA) to clash with the Wildcats in a 1A Area 7 challenge on Tuesday, April 22. The Wildcats go into the challenge with a record of 6-9. Westminster won 11-2 in their recent league challenge against Whitefield Academy (Mableton, GA)
