April 17, 2023: Oakboro, NC 28129 Spectators at Monday's non-league battle between the Marvin Ridge Mavericks (Waxhaw, NC) and the host West Stanly Colts (Oakboro, NC), saw Marvin Ridge's baseball squad beat West Stanly by a margin of 11-4.
Coming up next, the Mavericks play the Piedmont Panthers (Monroe, NC) in a battle, on Tuesday, April 18. Marvin Ridge will attempt to better on its 9-5 season record. The Panthers enter the battle with a 2-7 record after their 10-0 non-league loss to Sun Valley (Monroe, NC).
