The crowd at Wednesday's non-league bout between the Tri-Township Tigers (LaCrosse, IN) and the host La Porte Slicers (La Porte, IN), saw Tri-Township's volleyball squad nip La Porte by a tally of 3-2.

With the win, Tri-Township upgrades its record to 5-5 on the year.

The Slicers now own a 1-15 record. They play next when they travel to Portage for a IBVCA bout on Thursday, April 18. La Porte will play a Indians squad coming off a 3-2 league loss to Merrillville (Merrillville, IN). The Indians record now stands at 2-5.
