April 17, 2024: Aurora, CO 80016 The Cherokee Trail Cougars lacrosse team scored 5 points and limited the host Grandview Wolves to 3 in the Cougars non-league triumph on Wednesday.
The Cougars (3-7) will now prepare for their game against Denver South (Denver, CO). The Ravens enter the non-league game with a 1-1 record. In their last game, Denver South held off Denver East (Denver, CO), 10-3, in a non-league test.
In their next game, the Wolves face the Horizon Hawks (Thornton, CO) in a non-league test, on Friday, April 19. Grandview will attempt to move on its 0-2 season record. The Hawks come into the test with a 1-1 record after their 6-6 non-league Grand Junction (Grand Junction, CO).
