April 17, 2024: Mooresville, NC 28117 Lake Norman Wildcats (Mooresville, NC) fans exited the stadium thrilled Wednesday as they observed their baseball squad overcome the visiting West Iredell Warriors (Statesville, NC), 8-2 in a non-league test.
With the win, Lake Norman upgrades its record to 8-7 on the season. The Wildcats travel to Hickory Ridge (Harrisburg, NC) to battle the Ragin' Bulls in a non-league test on Friday, April 19. The Ragin' Bulls come into the test with a record of 10-5. Hickory Ridge won 2-1 in their recent non-league test against West Stanly (Oakboro, NC)
With the defeat, West Iredell falls to 3-7 on the season. The Warriors host Foard (Newton, NC) to battle the Tigers in a non-league test on Friday, April 19. The Tigers come into the test with a record of 2-10. Foard lost 10-6 in their recent non-league test against North Lincoln (Lincolnton, NC)
