Maine High School Softball - Messalonskee bounces Cony
April 17, 2024: Oakland, ME 04963 The Messalonskee Eagles (Oakland, ME) softball routed the visiting Cony Rams (Augusta, ME), 16-1 in Wednesday's non-league bout.
The Eagles (1-0) will now prepare for their bout against Edward Little (Auburn, ME). The Red Eddies go into the Class A North bout with a 0-1 record. In their last bout, Edward Little was routed by Camden Hills (Rockport, ME), 6-5, in a league bout.
The Rams now possess a 0-1 record. They play next when they host Erskine Academy for a non-league bout on Friday, April 19. Cony will confront a Eagles squad coming off a 7-0 league loss to Medomak Valley (Waldoboro, ME). The Eagles record now stands at 0-1.
