April 17, 2025: Grand Meadow, MN 55936 Cannon Falls Bombers (Cannon Falls, MN) fans left the game pleased Thursday as they observed their baseball squad achieve victory over the host Grand Meadow/Kingsland/LeRoy-Ostrander Superlarks (Grand Meadow, MN), 5-0 in a non-league match.
With the triumph, Cannon Falls advances its record to 5-3 on the season. The Bombers travel to Lourdes (Rochester, MN) to battle the Eagles in a Hiawatha Valley match on Tuesday, April 22. The Eagles come into the match with a record of 3-2. Lourdes won 3-2 in their recent league match against Zumbrota-Mazeppa (Zumbrota, MN)
The Superlarks now have a 2-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Mabel-Canton for a Southeast match on Tuesday, April 22. Grand Meadow/Kingsland/LeRoy-Ostrander will battle a Cougars squad coming off a 5-2 non-league loss to Fillmore Central/Lanesboro (Harmony, MN). The Cougars record now stands at 2-3.
