The crowd at Thursday's non-league battle between the San Tan Charter Roadrunners (Gilbert, AZ) and the host Phoenix Country Day Eagles (Paradise Valley, AZ), saw San Tan Charter's baseball team gain a win over Phoenix Country Day by a tally of 6-2.

The Roadrunners (18-1) will now prepare for their battle against Scottsdale Christian Academy (Phoenix, AZ). The Eagles enter the non-league battle with a 12-5 record. In their last battle, Scottsdale Christian Academy held off Madison Highland Prep (Phoenix, AZ), 14-0, in a league battle.

Next, the Eagles face the Fountain Hills Falcons (Fountain Hills, AZ) in a non-league battle, on Saturday, April 19. Phoenix Country Day will attempt to upgrade on its 11-7 season record. The Falcons enter the battle with a 10-6 record after their 18-0 non-league win over Highland Prep West (Avondale, AZ).
