California High School Volleyball - Capistrano Valley overwhelmed by Foothill
April 17, 2025: Santa Ana, CA 92705 Foothill Knights (Santa Ana, CA) followers left the game satisfied Thursday as they saw their volleyball squad achieve victory over the visiting Capistrano Valley Cougars (Mission Viejo, CA), 3-0 in a non-league test.
With the win, Foothill advances its record to 18-7 on the season. The Knights host Villa Park (Villa Park, CA) to face the Spartans in a North Hills test on Tuesday, April 22. The Spartans go into the test with a record of 5-15.
The Cougars now sport a 1-11 record. They put it on the line next when they travel to Mission Viejo for a Sea View test on Tuesday, April 22. Capistrano Valley will face a Diablos squad coming off a 3-0 league win over El Toro (Lake Forest, CA). The Diablos record now stands at 16-5.
