Georgia High School Lacrosse - Union Grove nudges Strong Rock Christian
April 17, 2025: Locust Grove, GA 30248 The Union Grove Wolverines lacrosse squad scored 9 points and limited the host Strong Rock Christian Patriots to 8 in the Wolverines non-league triumph on Thursday.
The Wolverines now own a 8-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Eagle's Landing Christian Academy for a 1A Area 3 challenge on Tuesday, April 22. Union Grove will clash with a Chargers squad coming off a 20-8 non-league win over Strong Rock Christian (Locust Grove, GA). The Chargers record now stands at 5-5.
With the loss, Strong Rock Christian falls to 3-4 on the year. The Patriots host Pinecrest Academy (Cumming, GA) to clash with the Paladins in a GIAA challenge on Thursday, April 24. The Paladins go into the challenge with a record of 7-2.
