Washington High School Baseball - Ferndale nips Nooksack Valley
April 17, 2025: Ferndale, WA 98248 The Ferndale Golden Eagles baseball team scored 7 runs and held the visiting Nooksack Valley Pioneers to 6 in the Golden Eagles non-league win on Thursday.
The Golden Eagles now hold a 4-5 record. They take the field next when they travel to Lynden Christian for a non-league test on Monday, April 21. Ferndale will play a Lyncs team coming off a 12-0 non-league loss to Mount Vernon (Mount Vernon, WA). The Lyncs record now stands at 3-4.
With the defeat, Nooksack Valley drops to 1-5 on the year. The Pioneers host Blaine (Blaine, WA) to play the Borderites in a non-league test on Friday, April 18. The Borderites go into the test with a record of 0-0.
