The J.P. McCaskey Red Tornado softball team scored 24 runs and held the host Reading Red KNights to 6 in the Red Tornado non-league win on Thursday.

The Red Tornado now sport a 1-1 record. They put it on the line next when they host Warwick for a non-league battle on Monday, April 21.

With the loss, Reading moves to 2-7 on the season. The Red knights travel to Tulpehocken (Bernville, PA) to confront the Trojans in a non-league battle on Wednesday, April 23. The Trojans come into the battle with a record of 0-0.
