In Thursday's non-league challenge, the host Benet Academy Redwings lacrosse squad scored a tight 5-2 triumph over the St. Francis Spartans.

The Redwings (2-5) will now prepare for their challenge against Nazareth Academy (LaGrange Park, IL). The Roadrunners go into the challenge with a 2-5 record. In their last challenge, Nazareth Academy by Brother Rice (Chicago, IL), 9-1, in a league challenge.
