April 17, 2025: Everson, WA 98247 In Thursday's league contest, the Meridian Trojans (Bellingham, WA) soccer team routed the host Nooksack Valley Pioneers (Everson, WA), by a count of 6-0.
Next, the Trojans battle the Sedro-Woolley Cubs (Sedro-Woolley, WA) in a 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest, on Saturday, April 19. Meridian will attempt to upgrade on its 3-4 season record. The Cubs enter the contest with a 5-3 record after their 1-0 league loss to Squalicum (Bellingham, WA).
The Pioneers (0-9) will now prepare for their contest against Mt. Baker (Deming, WA). The Mountaineers enter the 1A/2A/3A Northwest contest with a 0-9 record. In their last contest, Mt. Baker was overwhelmed by Blaine (Blaine, WA), 3-0, in a league contest.
