The Paramus Spartans baseball team scored 11 runs and held the host Westwood Cardinals to 7 in the Spartans non-league win on Friday.

The Spartans now hold a 2-10 record. They take the field next when they travel to NV - Demarest for a non-league test on Saturday, April 18. Paramus will play a Norsemen team coming off a 7-6 non-league loss to Dumont (Dumont, NJ). The Norsemen record now stands at 1-8.

With the defeat, Westwood drops to 9-3 on the campaign. The Cardinals host NV - Old Tappan (Old Tappan, NJ) to face the Knights in a non-league battle on Saturday, April 18.
