The Kenston Bombers softball team scored 19 runs and held the host Beaumont School Blue Streaks to 1 in the Bombers non-league win on Friday.

The Bombers now sport a 6-6 record. They put it on the line next when they host Firestone for a non-league battle on Saturday, April 18. Kenston will confront a Falcons team coming off a 12-0 league loss to Ellet (Akron, OH). The Falcons record now stands at 5-3.

With the loss, Beaumont School moves to 3-9 on the season. The Blue streaks travel to Lake Catholic (Mentor, OH) to confront the Cougars in a North Coast battle on Monday, April 20. The Cougars come into the battle with a record of 1-6.
